About
If a design decision doesn't show up in a business metric, I haven't finished the job.
Throughout my career, I've been drawn to products where usability directly affects business operations, enterprise platforms, warranty systems, CMS, internal tools. My job is turning complicated workflows into something a team can actually use without a manual.
Rather than designing screens, I focus on understanding how people work, identifying operational bottlenecks, and translating business challenges into product decisions that create measurable value.
Beyond individual projects, I built the first standardized design operations framework at MAI, the digital agency where I work full-time, replacing ad hoc, project-by-project workflows with a repeatable process now used across every client engagement.
Over the past 4 years, I've worked across automotive, hospitality, aviation, government, and consumer industries often on multiple enterprise engagements at once, from first discovery to developer handoff.

Across agency and freelance work, I've partnered with product managers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders often as the resolution point between design and engineering when priorities conflict.
